The schedule of work of the «Stalnoy Dvor» company for the July holidays
SCHEDULE OF WORK AND SHIPMENTS
In the period from July 4 to July 6 inclusive, official days off are announced at all divisions of the Stalnoy Dvor company. The buyer is obliged to coordinate in advance, before the specified holiday period, the volume of purchases and the exact schedule for the delivery of vehicles for loading. All requests for the shipment of rolled metal products planned for the holidays must be sent to the Supplier in advance for timely distribution of the queue at the warehouse.
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY
The supplier has the right to refuse to accept emergency applications immediately on the eve of the holidays if there is no technical capability or free time slots for safe loading. Payment of the invoice during the pre-holiday period means that the Buyer has become aware and fully agrees that the actual shipment of the paid goods will be made taking into account the holidays starting from July 7, unless other conditions have been agreed in writing by the parties prior to payment.
